Return Policy
At Legday Everyday, we're committed to your satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchases, and ensure you feel confident in our online shopping and return policies in case they don't work out. Please review our full return policy details below.
Exchanges
Items returned to be exchanged must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Returns that are postmarked after the return window closes will not be accepted.
Items must be in new, original condition with all required tags attached. This includes vendor tags or return security tags (such as wardrobe ribbons/rivets where applied). Returns will not be accepted if tags or wardrobe ribbons/rivets are removed or tampered with, and items must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Returns

Return Labels
Return labels are generated when you initiate a return or exchange. Certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO locations, and US Territories are not eligible for a return label.
A flat fee of $5.00 per return label used will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Return label fees may be subject to tax in accordance with each state's requirements.
If you’re returning multiple items from the same order, we recommend sending them back in one package using a single return label. This helps you avoid multiple return label fees and makes the process smoother for you.
Want to return for free? Create or log into your Lulus account and choose online credit for your refund, and we'll cover your return shipping fee with a credit to your account. Limit one return label credit per order. Orders paid with online credit or Klarna are not eligible for the return label credit. More information on the return label credit here.
If you are ineligible for a return label or do not wish to use the label provided, please use our return address and an insured postal carrier to make your return. See here for more on return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or in the form of online store credit. Certain items are final sale and not eligible for returns, as noted near the product price when browsing our site and in your cart.
Online credit cannot be reverted as a credit card refund once it has been issued and used, as it becomes the original form of payment for the order.
Orders paid with Klarna are not eligible for online store credit refunds. Refunds for Klarna purchases will be issued back to your original Klarna payment method, in accordance with Klarna’s policies.
Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. See here for additional details about refunds.
